ABS PUMP
ABS, Anti-lock braking Systems, are usually electronically operated by an ABS ECU, and if a fault occurs, or the ECU detects a problem such as a wheel turning significantly faster or slower than the others, it will send a signal to rectify it. If a serious fault develops, the ABS ECU can cause the ABS to be disabled, which is dangerous and will cause an MOT failure. STEERING PUMP
When it comes to power steering pump rebuild, it’s necessary to drill down to the root of the problem. The usual symptoms of a power steering pump failure are “growling” noises, failure to power assist while turning and leaks below the engine. Generally, it’s the debris that leads to the failure of a power steering system. We test and recondition all types of power steering pumps. We suggest you don't drive you car when the pump is leaking as that leads to more damage of the pressure plates inside the pump. Don't leave it to last point to get your pump checked or repaired.
STEERING BOX
All the steering box units are cleaned and inspected for external damage and physical function. Then disassembled, cleaned again, and inspected for internal damage and wear. Shafts are reconditioned and polished or replaced. Housings are honed, sleeved or replaced as required. Parts are cleaned again and prepared for reassembly. The unit is reassembled with new OEM (original equipment manufacturer) seals, teflon rings, O-rings, bearings and other parts as needed.
All settings and adjustments are set to factory specifications. Final testing is performed for function, pressure and leaks.
ECU UNIT

TURBO CHARGER
